We
would like to bring to your notice about some actions taken
by our Company during last period, in view to increase the
quality of our products and to improve the customer satisfaction.
1)
General actions
• It was changed the raw
material specification by prescribing better qualitative parameters
(less micro clearness, low content of oxygen and hydrogen
having as direct influence upon the bearing live).
• The overhauling and modernization
of heat treatment furnaces having as result a less decarburization
layer, better appearance (grey and uniform surfaces) and uniform
micro structure.
• The improvement of packing
and box handling, their weight being according to the international
standards.
• The improvement of the
control capacity for bearing elements and bearings in the
laboratory by supplying with new measurement and control apparatus
and ensuring the air conditioning inside the laboratory (
New quality control equipment like new form Talysurf, 3D measuring
instruments) .
• The extension of dimensional
ranges, of ball bearings till the outer diameter of 120 mm;
the extension of dimensional range of cylindrical and spherical
bearings also.
2) Specifically to each constructive
group
a) For the radial ball bearings.
• The utilization of high
precision balls (Euroball – Italy, Germany).
• The improvement of noise
and vibration level by ensuring an increased accuracy of bearing
elements and bearings (the overhauling of washing and filtering
equipment, the changing of technological liquids and their
supplying from recognized suppliers, i.g. Shell).
b) For the thrusts, cylindricals and sphericals.
• The overhauling of fixed
hearths for the semiproducts heating in view to ensure the
control of heating process and the maintaining of forging
temperature.
• The providing of all
the equipment with temperature control devices for barrs (in
order to avoid the negative effects upon quality due to the
raw material subheating).
• The adjustage of small
and medium brass cages by using modern technologies of vibrosmoothing
and polishing (the aspect improvement).
• The overhauling of cage
pocket milling machines, in order to improve their geometrical
parameters.
• The overhauling of heat
treatment equipment and the improvement of protection atmosphere
inside the furnaces to ensure an uniform aspect (grey –
metallic) of the threated surfaces and of a decarburized lay
of min. 0.02-0.03 mm.
• To obtain better surface
roughness for the roller using vibrofinish equipment.
• The ensuring of high
geometrical parameters for the generatrix of the spherical
rollers using the shoe grinding procedure.
• The testing and using
of high performance abrasives in order to get high quality
grinded surfaces.
• The 100% control of bearing
elements for their framing in the international standards.
• The environment parameter
improvement for increasing the clean degree for bearings.
• The continously concern
for improving the package (the package strenghtening in plastic
foil by applying an additional autoadhezive strip on the outer
side of the bearing .
