2) DESIGN TYPES -
NU, NJ, N and NUP (the four basic design); · NUJ (NU
design which is combined with a support washer); ·
NNU 49 and NN30 (double row cylindrical roller bearings);
· NCF 3007-3040V (full complement); · NJ 2307-2340
VH (full complement, self retaining); · NUBS 5118,
5125, 5128, 5144 M/MA (single row cylindrical roller bearings
sectioned); · NUTR 17-NUTR 40 (track roller with axial
guidance); · E-design (increased basic, static and
dynamic loads); · WJ+WJP or WJ+WUJ with bore diameter:
110, 117, 118, 119, 120, 130, 140 and 160 mm (for grease box
of the railway rolling stock);
3) TEHNICAL EXECUTION CONDITIONS
a) DIMENSIONS
The main dimensions of standardized
bearings are in accordance with ISO 15.
b) TOLERANCE CLASSES
P0, P6, according to ISO 492, ISO 199.
c) RADIAL CLEARANCE
Normal, C3, C4, according to ISO 5753.
d)
The basic ratings are established in
accordance with ISO 76 and ISO 281.
4) SUGGESTIONS
a) MISALIGNMENT The
angular misalignment of the outer ring with respect to the
inner ring, may vary from 2 to 7 minutes of arc, in regard
to the bearings series and load.
b) MINIMUM RADIAL LOAD
The values of the minimum load can be
accurately calculated using the equation:Frmin=0,02Cr, [KN].
c) AXIAL LOAD Cylindrical
roller bearings axially loaded run satisfactorily only if
they are simultaneously radially loaded. Ratio Fa/Fr should
not exceed 0,5 for bearings of E design and 0,4 for the other
bearings.
d) RUNNING TEMPERATURE
The limit operation temperature depends
on the oil used, at the bearings lubrications and must not
exceed 1500 C.
5) CAGE TYPES -
Pressed steel cage; Machined brass cage: - roller riding (suffix
M) and outer ring guidance (suffix MA); - Cage of glass fibre
reinforced polyamide (suffix TN);
6) APPLICATIONS
a) ENGINEERING MACHINE INDUSTRY
-
gear boxes and reductors - fans - conveying belt
b) METAL-WORKING INDUSTRY
-
rolling and drawing equipments
c) TRANSPORT INDUSTRY
-
gear box for road vehicles (locomotives, waggons) -reductors
- axle box - traction motors - generatrix -compressors
d) FOREST INDUSTRY
