Special bearings

Besides the standardized bearing which could be found in the Bearings Catalogues, we could produce special bearings, on request. The special bearings can have the same construction as standard ones but the main sizes being different (i.e.: sizes in inch, outer ring or inner ring wider etc.) or they can have a very special construction. Technical execution conditions:

a. Radial clearance The bearings subject to this quotation are generally made with normal radial clearance. On demand, we can perform with smaller clearances than normal C2 or bigger than normal as C3, C4, C5 clearances. The limit values of the radial clearances, measured with no load, are according to the International norms ISO 5753.

b. Tolerances The bearing tolerances are stated from value point of view all over the world according to ISO492, 199, 582 and 1132. Generally, the bearings are made within P0 tolerance class. On demand, they could be also performed within P6, P5, P4 tolerance class, these ones being used at the very precise guiding of the shafts and at high speed of rotation conditions.
